Each person will have their own unique retreat experience! If you are looking to start a yoga practice, deepen your practice, or engage in self study in this tropical paradise this retreat is for you! Surfing can be a spiritual journey as well. Or maybe the athlete within you will set and achieve new surf goals!

While there will be plenty of group activities, and opportunities to learn and grow as a community, quiet self-reflection time is also encouraged. Your retreat offers you the peaceful backdrop and time to really get in touch with yourself: body, mind, and soul.
