What Should I Eat?

As soon as people hear I have a degree in Nutrition, that I spent my pre-med years focusing on food and how the body is effected by it, they want me to tell them what to eat! Well...my Nana would say "everything in moderation", and to some extent that is true. But if you have an allergy, or a disease, then there are many ways you can tweak your diet to live a more energetic life. Once you get a sense of the difference eating the best way possible for your body makes you feel (waking with a clear head, feeling light and vibrant all day, knowing how and when to refuel for endurance) you'll wonder why it took you so long to take control of your health in the first place.
